That’s a bit high in my opinion but depends on what comes with it.
A decent vise is going to be a few hundred dollars, any tooling will add value.
I splurged on a 4” Glacern vise mainly because it was on sale and they cut me a deal on shipping.

That’s what I was thinking too... maybe 2k with tooling, but it appears just a junky drill press vice. It is roughly in the envelope that I’m looking at for a machine...
