I agree with @Ironman here. Doesnt even need to be a proper broaching - just dig a slot there with a file then jbweld a piece of something as a key.

Both good ideas there. If my epoxy key doesn't work, at least I have more fix ideas now. Thank you sir, and thank you all that responded............Daniel
