My daughter and i moved my 10x22 into the basement, used the winch on the atv to lower it down the stairs, a pair of 2x10 planks on the stairs. wrestled it on to a low furniture mover. Moved it across the basement by my self, rigged up chin fall to lift it up on the bench. Don't know if two men could lift it, not me as i'm getting weaker as i get older.
