Not gunna happen!!! If I never do automation/CNC again for the rest of my life it will be too soon and it's already too late for welding. Both are right up there with eating liver with brussel sprouts and live clams.

It would have to go to 5,000 dollar non refundable credit plus free shipping plus free returns before I get interested.....

There were a couple Fanuc welding robots for sale locally here for around $5k. I was very tempted..... I will own one someday, and make different tool attachments for it. Like a wood router, and plasma torch, mig whip, etc. Checkout the youtube channel Lignum to see what they do with theirs. You're only limited by your imagination.

@jcdammeyer ...... You hear this, pre built robot arm with half the fixin's...... ;) :p

I have to babysit some vintage ABB robots at work, and you are screwed either way. if they are new the parts are very expensive and if they are old the parts are still very expensive and now also rare.

oh the servo on axis 5 is acting up? well you have to take THE ENTIRE KNUCKLE OFF with the help of a bridge crane.

I don't know if I would take one even if it was free TBH
