Personally, I don't think so. Too tiny a column to be held by a tailstock. Unless we invent something cool......

Your limit may also be set by the titanium. We will see......
No I'm thinking rhe tailstock end will have to flare out to a reasonable diameter. It will likely take left and right cuts to achieve but it might work.
And I haven't tried titanium yet just " "regular" aircraft quality bolt.
