I've been using these pretty cheap wyze cameras wifi based to monitor my printer. They have a number of models, no subscription necessary, they have subscriptions but I'm ignoring the offers as I don't need it. Anyway - they have an app on your phone or tablet for control/monitoring. And I just discovered the iPad app actually also works on my Mac! fantastic. now I can check on the printing without moving from the couch or even getting out my phone.
