WTB: Lathe and tooling

Looking to expand my home shop capabilities. Hoping to find a decently sized lathe (9" swing minimum, ideally more) somewhere close to Vancouver Island. I can come over to the mainland to pick up for the right deal.

Ideally I'd like to find something with all the bits to get me started. Tooling, live and dead centers, QCTP preferred. Let me know what you have
 
I sort of figured my center to center with anything bigger than a 9" swing would be more than ample for the stuff I'm doing. Anything much bigger than that I'd probably do in a CNC at work lol
