Maybe? Listing’s for a 4’x8’ steel table, but appears to include the shear and a vise. I think that’s the shear behind the moving blankets on the right? I’m not sure how many home shops can account a 4x8 table, but…

If it has a sheer and vise included in the price then that is a good price for such table.

I just paid $140-ish, for a sheet of 20 Gauge steel. Gonna go out onna limb, and say that you can't build the table alone, for anywhere near the asking, let alone stick a decent (or not even) vise, AND a Beverly Shear on it. IMO, those two are just bonus on a pretty good deal!
