Ok I'm pretty sure I knew it's purpose at one time and have hung on to it for years (not because I needed it) because I thought I will surely remember it's purpose. Now I have to admit defeat and realize I ain't ever going to remember what it's for. I want to say it something for acetylene tips or mig tips or the like, but nothing there makes sense?
