Saw this on FB Marketplace. Old iron was often designed by folks who understood how the tools would be used, and not constrained by accountants and a desire to make it pretty.
The designer of this made some odd choices, such as the lever operator. But an inspired choice of the factory-installed arc left and right of the table centre hole. How many thrashed drill presses have you seen with an arc of f-ed up holes in the same place, caused by drilling through the table by mistake?
