I don't know how many folks have been following along with Tim through the Pandemic, but this youtube series is a treasure trove of practical information on pretty much every aspect of mechanical prototyping.
Highly recommended: Full Playlist. His most recent episode on prototyping takes a nice walk down the process of his most recent arcade machine. My favorite is probably Bearings.
And quite nicely he's also remastered the _Secret Life of Machines_ from the '90s.

I watch him every once in a while but can find myself fast forwarding quite often on some subjects.

He is very much in the old-school "episode" production mode instead of new-mode quick-consumption.
