Accusize has decent products and prices.

That means that as a general rule, the more urgently you need a specific product the more likely it is to be sold out.

we have 3 boring heads and I can't use a single one...

one large head has an R8 shank, but we dont have 3/4 shank boring bar insert for it.

one needs the R8 shank above, and the enco gamet automatic facing and boring head needs a custom shank.

a 3/4 to 1/2" split boring bar bushing is fairly easy to make. Runout doesn't really matter.

Go to ali express - they have bigger thread on their 16 CAD boring head shanks, so you may need to modify. Also not urgent shipping....
