Saw this today, these would be pretty easy to make.

I have a set of Walton tap removers that are similar. So far they have worked well for me.

I found this on Amazon, burst out laughing, and just had to share.......


Obviously, they are usually a lot less. I like them because the pins are easy to get into the tap grooves and the sliding sleeve holds them in place.
