There is a red flag... as-is, and I bought it but never hooked it up which is very suggestive of someone legally covering their ass on an item they very likely know has issues.

and by issues I mean a lot more than the 550v power requirement

Those two factors were enough my brother and I passed on this grinder
 
I still think someone with some space in a Quonset or shop could buy some of this stuff then kindly drive it out west and sell it at a reasonable mark up.
 
That's a hard no at any price. It looks like the table is missing. No closeups of the table is suspicious.
