I ordered a number of the aviation type connectors from this store on AliExpress.
The package vanished and then was reported broken open at one of the distribution centers. I followed up and the store replied they'd fixed the issue and the parts would continue on their way. A month later they still showed as sitting at the distribution point where it had been received damaged.

Ultimately I contacted the store since we were within a week of the cancel/arbitration point to either resend or refund. They resent using a faster shipping method. The cancellation point came and went although I still had 15 days to report issues. Now we're within a few days of final point and today we found the box on the back porch. Connectors in good shape, one extra of each. Needless to day I left a glowing review since the problems weren't ever their fault (other than poor packaging perhaps).

I've posted this here because I believe if yo.u treat people with trust and respect you generally get it back. In fact, overall my mail order experience has been excellent. Even my ELS kits, which have gone all over the world have not been lost and they always go out untracked, lowest cost shipping. Only one that went to South Africa vanished. I sent out a replacement gratis to the customer which he received in the normal time. A year later the original showed up as a return to sender.

I realize this thread could turn into a long diatribe on bad shipping experiences but I thought I'd post a good one with a happy ending.

That has definitely been my experience as well.
In my dealings with Weiss on my mill I have sent the occasional email in Chinese (proof read by one of my staff). In response they have been very gracious and helpful.

My experience both buying and selling has been positive as well. I’ve been a eBayer since 2001, and Amazonian from the days they only sold books. Only ever had one package go astray, and I’m about 95% sure it was stolen by an employee at the grocery store (post office operated in a grocery store).
