Greetings, a number of years ago I bought my first shop machine, a SB 10k but didn’t notice at the auction it was metric. I think it came from a Canadian school (plate had English and French on it) and was in pristine condition. I ended up buying an imperial quick change gearbox, leadscrew and half nuts, as I had no interest in metric. So this is now for sale: QCGB, 3mm pitch 3-1/2ft leadscrew, half nuts, banjo and all associated gears. Threads show no wear at all. Fits SB 9” as well. I paid US $700 plus shipping, brokerage and GST, and would love to get my initial cost back. Can send more detailed photos.
