It's the 100 amp Hypertherm, computer, software and cutting tips, and maybe a 200 amp that drives the price. didn't say it was 3ph but I am sure it is. This is a water cooled plasma in this size. The Hypertherm plasma power unit is about 3 x 3 ft square.

Know them fairly well, have a few large Hypotherms left over from two big plasma tables. One we ended up scrapping. the other sits. Granted, my auction comparison is a bit unfair, (the one I saw couldn't fetch a 2500 bid) as someone has to want it that day and its a lot of time/money/space to buy just because it was a deal. I think they are a harder sell these days, with lots sitting idle. They are too big for the (normal) hobbyist and given the price drops for new lasers not as compelling for business.

It also seems very lightly built. The 10'x 20' plasmas we had we beasts in comparison. We also had a water reservoir underneath that we made so you could drain the table and shovel off the slag. A bit of air pressure raised to the reservoir tank raised the water back up.

There is still a market, but I'm guessing at some distance from the ask, but i've been wrong before

I was told Hypertherm changed their tips and cables although I’m not sure if they discontinued them to make you switch.
