Hi Guys
While I'm not doing any metalwork anymore, I still make skunk traps from wood and PVC.
Today I was at Calgary Industrial Plastics on 5 ST SE talking to Tibor, and I discovered that he is retiring in the spring. He is franchisee owner and the company is buying back the franchise stores (including Calgary) as the leases expire. The store will likely be taken over by corporate after that, assuming they buy it back.
Tibor is a great guy. He has helped me out on so many projects over the years, from my skunk traps to my RC Lawnmower, bushing material for machining, custom face shields and machine guards, and great advice on adhesives and bending techniques.
Hoping the store continues in Calgary...this place is a gem.
