Hi Pat,
I work PT for a company across from FRITO-LAY on Bishop Street in Cambridge.
There are a few of the CHMWs in the area.
Dealt with many millwrighting firms and machine shops in the past 30 years
(Novy, Wessex, Trademark, COM, Axiom, Veriform, FabTech, Sutherland-Shultz . . .)

Always like dealing with millwrights. Tended to be practical more than just book smart. I‘d suggest a solution for something, MW would say “that’s effing stupid, do it this way”
