Looking for motor

In case anyone sees this here.
Am looking for a 3-5 hp electric motor for my lathe. Mostly looking for 3phase but may consider single phase if the deal is good.
220volt only. No 575/600 don’t want to run a transformer also.
Shaft size isn’t a big concern as I have no pulley for it yet.
Located in southern Ontario. Kitchener/brantford Toronto Hamilton area would be best.
Thanks
Dave

I could help you out with these if your interested ? I am in Ste Anne, Manitoba, Its about 30 mins East of Winterpeg, if you know a Trucker going past here i live 1 mile North of Hwy 1 and theres a place for Trucks to Park in Richer which is not far from me. its the complete package if you want them, they came with a Table saw that i Bought for $20, i have no use for them. I just bought it for the ammount of steel plate and other Steel parts on it, some Old German Guy made it and ran the 3ph motor using 2 Capacitors.. lol Dodgy old fool. If your willing to pay for shipping i can make that happen, I am a Ex-Pat British Guy lived here for 15 yrs and i am a Kind old Bugger. They are Yours for FREE if you pay the shipping, the motor is 2.2 kw thats about 2.9 HP Details are on the plate, and the Motor has a Double belt pulley fitted, or all the cords and switch... you choose. I will pack them and ship to you. If your interested i can weigh the lot or just get a quote for the Motor, It's Heavy as you may well know.

Ugh! And I had just bought one last week!
That would have been perfect! Probably the right size pulley even!!!

found a 5hp at a surplus store. Just need to rewire to change rotation

If you don’t mind my asking, how much was the 5hp. Just want to know if my price is reasonable.

Thanks

Derek
