Lathe grinder. Lots of motors. Could you make endmills with this? How is this different than a tool grinder ?

First it is an OD grinder. for anyone that wants a project that is a steal. For people that hate rebuilding, it is a pass. If I didn't have so much on my plate it would be a no-brainer. Norton is a great OD grinder.
