Our exact lathe has an asking price between 2600$ to 3600$ depending on condition over the last 5 years - I've lost count, but around 8 or 9 ads. The two I checked were sale price 2800$ and 3200$ At auction, before fees.

This is a step up. For sure.

I am saying that getting the lathe in kit form for free is a pretty sweet deal!! I so badly want to do a quick clean up and paint on the tailstock before we go on our vacation. (Tomorrow)
