Mill drill seems to have hard life from the pics - at $1500 seems a lot of money for a beaten up one - they go new for $2000 - even not on sale at KMS today you can get one for just $2300 -

its a 10" x 24" lathe - other lathes in the family of TD4 have longer beds - 30" 35" etc.
It looks like light weight machine at just 260kg - comparable to say $2600:

Given the state of the machines at their listed prices they are far away not a good deal.
I would inspect more the machines but I think the mill is in the 1000-1200 range at most - if it has broken things in it then even less.
Lathe looks like its in about the same price range as the mill - but more inspection is needed - it may be more or even less - if it is long bed version that would increase the price + if it has some tooling with it.
Personally I don't understand why people would keep these machines out in the elements - if you don't intent to use them then simply sell them right away, not put them outside, let them rust and then expect to sell close to new price rusty beaten up old machine. I mean the "used" machine is worth already from the get go less then new even if its "used" for 1h.
