Hi everybody.
Just discovered this amazing forum and joined immediately. Glad to see fellow Canadian metal hobbyists around. I am in Ottawa, Have hobby shop with working South Bend heavy 10L lathe, 8 inch desktop Atlas lathe and Taiwanese clone of King USA universal mill. In restoration process Hendey 12x4 lathe from 1918. I equipped lathe with 2HP DC motor from treadmill and used it for several years, though it is quite "unhinged". Trying to make it tight again.
Last week I bought and brought home original BP round ram mill with two heads - M head and slotting head. I will have busy summer
Open for carpooling to Cardon tools. LOL
