I found out last night by way of Ades Workshop that Ivan Law passed away at the age of 94 apparently he was still working away in his shop. Ivan published many good books.

....... 94 years old and still tinkering about in the shop....... What more can a man of the shop life ask for? Not to mention that there's likely not a serious hobbiest that hasn't heard his name or read some of his writings..... The world has lost a great reference, on a subject that few will ever understand.
