I had seen this earlier. I sent a message. No response yet. I'm more interested in the red item behind the lathes.

Any ideas what it might be?
 
I'm hoping tool cutter. ;)

Edit: The more I look at it, I think your first choice is probably it. Valve grinder. Single motor with a shaft drive.

Showing sold today. I messaged less than 1 hour after it was posted. Things go fast when they are free. :) I'm still curios what that red machine was. I spent a fair bit of time looking at photos of valve grinding machines last night. Could not find the same shape.
