Ok, I bought this -- sight unseen other than auction pics. $300 CAD + fees, 362.50 out the door.
First impressions? Well, its not seized! Has an Atwood vise (also not seized), which is 8" i believe.
Came with the arbor in the pic above plus 3 other 'hand crafted specials'.

But here is the great part.............. In the side door (which was wired shut), there was ~60 cutters (many 4-6"), a dividing head, tap wrench, and a box of small cutters.
She'll need some work, but winter IS coming. Only 2 other restoration projects ahead of it.
