No - that’s a smokin deal. I had one before I upgraded to a Super11. Check out the accessories. Rotary table, chucks and QCTP are worth nearly the asking price. There’s no telling what else is lurking in the tool box.
Looks like it’s had moderate use. Be aware that it has a threaded spindle - not D1-4. It’s probably 40 years old or so.
If inspection shows no damage someone please buy it now!

I had one before I got the Emco V13. Awesome small lathe, very capable for its size and very accurate. I agree, this is a smoking deal, but check the fibre gears in the headstock.
 
Another area to check is the buttons on top of the headstock which are prone to breakage though they can be glued together again or 3d printed. Also check that the shifting forks in the headstock work properly.
