So I've got this electric motor the neighbour gave me, I don't understand the label entirely. Perhaps I could get some input, but I really want to know if it's telling me I can use a resistor switch
It is a pretty standard 12/240V configuration. What you might be confused by is the #6 pocket. How I read it, is that you would cap off the P2 line in 240V mode. Pretty nice motor. Definitely a keeper.
