This has a rubber seal and is 120 V I’ve no idea what the plug for it is but the price is definitely right.

Yep.

A workable volute for a pump that size and shape would be none too hard to make, even on manual equipment.

I kinda miss the days when PA was mostly about scrounging through the Surplus goodies, to see what interesting stuff there might be that fired of an idea for a useful project!

I don't really get over the PA anymore and have most stuff shipped. It's cheaper than driving there and back, and I save an extra $100+ buying stuff I didn't know I needed. I've bought a bunch of stuff from the surplus dept over the year. Even used some of it too....:D
