It is basically consistent with the estimated time, and the cutting effect is OK, which can confirm that the control logic circuit of the EDM machine tool is correct. Simple cleaning.

The normal working of the EDM cut significantly improved my production confidence and also allowed me to improve efficiency. Then I made more EDM drawings.

I must learn more CNC programming, which will also enhance my machining ability. Today, I try programming to peck holes and try machining. Proves that it is perfectly possible to learn examples from the manual, but lacks the skills to learn from the veteran technician!

After experiencing painful wire breaks, wire breaks, wire breaks, I checked my PLC control programming, finally found the root of the problem, readjusted and tried again, and completed a perfect cycle.

We send a lot of work out for WEDM at my day job, but it's something I always wanted to learn and bring in house. Went just don't do enough of it to make it pencil out and get our own machine.

Thanks for the compliment, I guess I just enjoy trying different mechanical devices and getting it to work. After getting the EDM wire cutting many of my ideas can be more easily realized, I can freely change the drawing, the current view - the effect is still good, I used the abandoned iron core, made some boring jig. However, due to lack of experience, there were some deviations in the inner diameter, but this still allowed me to get 5 usable boring tool jig.
