No, mine came from a fellow in Pemberton. It only came with two collets, a .250 and another that has a .250 hole, but no slits cut in it. I figured I would use it as a reference for making a few new ones. Not sure what it's purpose was to be, unless it is a blank to finish machine in the size needed .......
