Wonder what it would look like if they hired a kid to spend a couple hours giving it a wash-down with a fresh batch of coolant?

Betcha it'd look a lot more "OK".

If it was 500, it might be worth a cnc conversion with a ballscrew. Bet she's a few k for a new leadscrew

Well the power feed still works,,,? Maybe 6ft.+ bed. 1/2 nuts etc. may also be missing/destroyed. 500$ For the lathe, and get a long piece of allthread !!

With that much wrong, and in multiple ways, this is a heavily abused lathe.

Essentially a 'for parts' machine. For instance, parting out the headstock or QCGB.

There have been several Triumph lathes in a similar range or slightly higher that need no work at all.
