Chevalier FCG-610. These are pretty nice, I've got one and use it for drills, lathe tools and endmills. Made in Taiwan, kind of a knock off the cutter-master but superior imo (tall post).
Problem is someone busted the air bearing base casting. Probably a few things you could do to fix that, and he might have to be a bit more aggressive on price, but all and all this could be a inexpensive way to get a very handy machine.
Through mutual connections and few conversations the seller seems like a good sort.
Other negatives: In the photo it is missing the T track and stops at the front of the table, you really do need those imo. Hopefully they are off the machine. Not original paint afaik which always plants the seeds of doubt
Its a fairly easy one man move with a few tools. table comes off and ball bearings go in a baggy. Disconnect the motor at the switch and separate the base casting from the motor & column. Done.
