This only reason I am sharing this is because it is well appointed lathe with faceplate, 3 jaw, 4 jaw, and 5c collet chucks, collets, tool holders and tooling as well as steady and follow rests.

The downside is that IIRC this is compact 8 clone which means no reverse tumbler for leadscrew and no really low speed so threading can be problem for some. But I am happy to be corrected because my memory sucks

just an fyi. There is a pretty simple mod to make the tumbler reverser. I did on my similar lathe. Not as nice as this one tho. https://www.hobby-machinist.com/threads/tumbler-reverse-for-9x20-imported-lathe.3774/

I did not know that, good to know.

I suppose a VFD and 3 phase motor will solve the other issue too, or the lack of reverse tumbler too.
