I'm thinking that both of these are priced high. That grinder doesn't look like it has seen careful operators. It looks like the foreman got some broom sweeper to clean it up for sale. Hard times for a grinder is far worse than hard times for a lathe or mill.

I think that Colchester, with both chucks and some tooling might be about right at 4K, though. I would only inspect the grinder with a jaded eye, however.
