Boring/Facing head

I bought this boring/facing head for my HBM. I believe it’s Wohlhaupter upa2? I haven’t picked it up yet
Can anyone tell me if I’m correct?

Sure looks like one, but maybe one of the adjjsting screws is missing?

I'll find out today. I saw it on Market place and E transferred him money to hold it till today. He said the rod is missing for the facing. Not sure if the collets or adjusting screw is there.

Picked it up yesterday. It's a Wohlhaupter UPA3. Works smoothly, is missing 1 adjusting screw and the clamps for kicking off the feed as well as the rod. No box either, but I know a guy who can make one. Otherwise in excellent in condition. I'm very excited to use it but I'm heading out for a week camping this morning. I'll post some pictures when I get back, as I forgot to take some when I was in the shop.

A UPA-3 is a pretty nice piece of kit, and more adaptable than the UPA-2, by dint of being able to change out the shank to whatever taper you may want it to be, rather than having to run it in an adapter.

This UPA3 is not a removable arbor.
