I have the same chuck on my lathe. I bought it over 25 years ago.
Mine was made in Poland. Its a good quality chuck.

Same seller has some new and used drill chucks/parts for $30. Might be junk or a great deal.

I always thought TOS was Czech & Bison was Poland. Both high quality, but distinctly different. So not sure whats going on there with the box.
The chuck is for sure Bison based on insignia & model number. They go for (went for?) 2-3 times that new.
