Help to find it a new home, that is.
This is my lathe from years ago when I got started. It is a Hardinge Cataract 7 in lathe.
It was a very good lathe to learn on. I have upgraded up considerably over time ( VFD with remote control box
, new motor, new flat belt, wood turning capability etc) . The bearings are good and tight.
I eventually I got a South Bend.
I am still a new member here so I am limited about what I can post ( I think) .
I've tried sending private messages to some of the folks who said they were starting out, but so far no replies.
I'm located in the Toronto area. The lathe is powered up so a new person can see it in operation.
I'd rather not go though the Kijiji experience there are too many "trolls" out there.
So if any of you know of some one who might like it, please let me know.
I'm asking $650
