Yes, pretty sure I came across before, they were a commercial accessory. I believe they were for grinding setups & depended on friction lock to hold the setting. I think it offers more angle than typical sine bars? Grinding is in my next life apparently LOL. I think oxtool (Tom Lipton) showed some of his similar scores. The one I was interested in had some sort of jack or more mechanically stable lock that could more-so be transferred to a mill without losing setting under cutting loads. Maybe it was a Herman Schmidt ?sp? Can't recall but when I looked it up, it was a fortune used.
