AutomationDirect goes above and beyond

I bought a VFD from Automationdirect last Sept., the tech guys answered all my questions and I got it going.
It has been working flawlessly until I shut the power off at the breakers for some maintenance, when I powered it up again I couldn't get it to work.
I went through all the reset procedures while communicating via email with the techs, still couldn't get it going.
I received my return authorization from them and sent it off yesterday, this morning they sent me a paid invoice for a new VFD unit.
They have no proof that there is anything wrong with the unit and no way of knowing knowing that I just sent it back to them but they have already shipped the new unit to me.
Knock me over with a feather.
Amazon could learn some lessons from these guys.

This is why I recommend automation direct to people on this forum. The stuff is pretty good, but not the best. Prices are really good. But you can’t deal with a better company. And that’s really what counts.

I have dealt with Automation Direct a few times. 100% positive. I got an email from them a while back about a part I bought from them no longer being available. They provided a part number for the new part in case I had to order a replacement. I didn't request the information they just sent it. They seem to look after their customers. Even small ones.
