Early 1980s B&D - super, super heavy. Like over 100 lbs. At least the one I had was that heavy & reason I finally got rid of it.
 
Yes Black and Decker. I have one the same, works well, lots of power and powerful magnet. As you probably know the magnet is engaged by the trigger on the handle, the top of the motor housing rotates to put it into reverse.

Motor numbers on the tag on the motor:
Black & decker No. 1551 Type 1
3/4 inch Magnetic Drill Press Volts 120, Amps 10, RPM 375
Serial No. 81040021
